Open an MF Global Avalon FX Pro 4.5 Beta Live Account

Following a beta test with demo accounts and a demo contest, traders are invited to participate in live beta testing of the Avalon FX Pro 4.5 Beta trading platform. To open an MF Global Avalon FX Pro 4.5 Beta Live Account, please complete the following documents:

1. MF Global FX Individual/Joint Client Account Agreement or Corporate Account Agreement (Avalon FX Pro 4.5 Beta)

2. Questionnaire & Execution Risk Disclosure

The Avalon FX Pro 4.5 Beta Live Account is currently available in U.S. Dollar only.

Instructions for Opening an Individual/Joint Account

1. Complete pages 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the MF Global FX Client Account Agreement, signing where required,

2. Complete the Questionnaire & Execution Risk Disclosure, signing where required,

3. Submit the above completed documents with:

a. Valid Government Issued Photo ID (for both account holders if applicable)

b. Proof of Address (for both account holders if applicable). This may be a copy of a utility bill, banking or credit card statement issued within the last 6 months which shows your name(s) and address as they appear on your application.

Note:

If you reside in Ontario or Quebec, please acknowledge receipt of the Risk Information Document for Derivatives with your initials and signature and return this document along with your account application.

MF Global FX must verify the identity of its clients, please refer to page 11 of the Client Account Agreement for the various methods to satisfy ID Verification Requirements. For joint accounts, ID Verification must be satisfied for both account holders.

Instructions for Opening a Corporate Account

1. Complete pages 8 to 13 of the MF Global FX Corporate Account Agreement, signing where required.

2. Complete the Questionnaire & Execution Risk Disclosure, signing where required,

3. Submit the above completed documents with:

a. Valid Government Issued Photo ID for all beneficial owners, authorized signatories and traders

b. Proof of Address for corporation (such as a utility bill, credit card or banking statement dated within the last 6 months).

c. Articles of Incorporation

d. Certificate of Incorporation

e. Corporate Resolution

f. If the corporation has been incorporated for longer than 2 years, please also provide a copy of a corporate filing or Notice of Assessment from the relevant tax authorities dated within the last 2 years

Note:

If the beneficial owners, authorized signatories and traders reside in Ontario or Quebec, please acknowledge receipt of the Risk Information Document for Derivatives with initials and signature(s) and return this document along with your account application.

Important Information: Please type or clearly print your email address on the Client Agreement, as this will be the primary method to contact you regarding the status of the application. Please ensure that your email settings allow messages from admin@mfglobalfx.ca and sales@mfglobalfx.ca.
