Expert Advisors (EA) are automated trading tools. The EAs described below are developed by a third party and offered as a free resource. MF Global FX does not guarantee the adequacy, accuracy or reliability of these EAs. Traders should perform the necessary due diligence and research to understand the technical indicators used, the currency pairs best suited for any particular indicator and what market conditions are most ideal for any particular strategy or EA. Traders utilizing an EA do so at their own risk.

Due to popular demand from our client base, MF Global FX is pleased to offer the MetaTrader 4 platform. However, as MetaTrader 4 is provided by a third-party software vendor, we are unable to guarantee its performance. Most electronic trading facilities are supported by computer-based component systems for the order routing and execution of trades.

As with all facilities and systems, they are vulnerable to temporary disruption or failure. When you undertake transactions on an electronic trading system, you will be exposed to risks associated with the system including failure of hardware or software.

Pursuant to the terms of the MF Global FX Client Agreement, MF Global FX clients must review their account activity on a regular basis and report inconsistencies to MF Global FX immediately. Additionally, MT4 clients should familiarize themselves with the MT4 Execution Risk Disclosure as outlined on this website.

Third-party developed trading systems are not in-house products of MF Global FX. Third-party systems trading developers and MF Global FX are completely separate entities and operate independently of one another.

MF Global FX does not guarantee the performance of third-party developed trading systems in your MF Global FX Systems Trading Account. MF Global FX will not be held responsible for verifying the accuracy of third-party trading systems or their prior trading performance records. MF Global FX assumes no liability for, and is to be held harmless and indemnified from, any losses or indebtedness arising from the performance of third-party developed trading systems.
