Withdrawal Instructions

To withdraw funds from your MF Global FX Trading Account, please complete the Withdrawal Request form.

Funds can be withdrawn by wire transfer or by cheque. Withdrawal by wire transfer will incur a wire fee of US$25 or C$25. There are no fees for cheque withdrawals. Withdrawal by cheque is available for amounts under US$10,000 or C$10,000.

Withdrawals are made in the denomination of the account. You must maintain a minimum balance of $100 in a 100K account and $50 in a Mini/Micro account in order to maintain live account status. Withdrawals resulting in a balance less than the minimum requirement will result in the full balance being sent out and the account closed.

If you require the withdrawn amount to be converted (i.e. USD to CAD or CAD to USD), please indicate in the “Comments, if any section”. Please note that a 50 pip mark-up will apply.

The address on the Withdrawal Request form must correspond to the address on file. If your address has changed, please complete the Change of Contact/Banking Information form and submit along with Proof of Address (bank statement, credit card bill or utility bill that clearly shows your name, address and dated within the last 6 months).

Please note that MF Global FX will not make payments to a third party.
